Can I progress if I work in a children’s home?

Yes, as a Residential Support Worker you will be enrolled on to your Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care if you have not already achieved this. The companies we work with have a clear progression plan for their employees with monthly team meetings, relevant training and on-going support.

What locations do you cover?

JobsIn Ltd covers recruitment for children's residential homes across the UK.

Is it free for me to join JobsIn?

Yes – 100% free. In fact, charging you would be illegal!

Should I send my CV if I haven’t done the job before?

Yes, everyone starts somewhere! If you are a caring, empathetic person who wants to make a difference to the lives of young people then that’s what we are looking for. Sometimes, life experience is what makes the most resilient support workers.
